Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days, except below exceptions. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full or partial refund. For a full refund, you must request it within 3 days.

To be eligible for a return, your jacket must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are circumstances where only partial refunds are granted, such as when the jacket is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

• Hand wash: Cold water, mild detergent, no wringing.
• Dry clean: Professional dry cleaner.
• Air dry: Flat on towel, reshape, avoid sunlight and heat.
• Tumble dry: Low heat, use dryer balls.
• Iron: Low heat, use pressing cloth.
• Steam: Use a steamer for wrinkles.
• Storage: Padded hanger, cool dry place, avoid cramped spaces.
• General tips: Avoid over-washing, blot stains, use specialized cleaners for leather/suede.
